Here are some easy ways you can support wellbeing:
Match activities to suit individual children, small groups, or a whole class, e.g. for mini interventions;
Use at different times during the day, e.g. after playtime or at bedtime to help settle children, between lessons to provide a movement break, or before a test to calm nerves;
Plan a Wellbeing Day for a class, year group, Key Stage, whole school, or family at home.

SATS WEEK SUPPORT.
Positive Affirmations Poster.
SATs week can feel big – but what matters most starts on the inside. When children feel good inside, they step out with greater confidence, ready to do their best and show what they’re truly capable of.
As the week of 11th May approaches, we know it can bring a mix of emotions for children. Our Positive Affirmations poster shares simple reminders to help pupils feel calm, grounded, and confident in themselves – because sometimes a few steadying words to oneself can make all the difference.
Whilst especially helpful during SATs week, it’s there to support children whenever they face a test, challenge, or just need a little boost.
